Appointments and Reorganization within the ADP Group

Groupe ADP announces appointments and changes to its internal governance. Mr. Loïc Aubouin, Mr. Mathieu Daubert, and Mr. Régis Lacote have been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officers. These appointments were made by Mr. Philippe Pascal, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the group.

Loïc Aubouin will oversee simplification, transformation, and human resources, while maintaining his role as General Counsel. Mathieu Daubert will lead retail and hospitality, while Régis Lacote will focus on operations and innovation at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

The group is also introducing a new Executive Management Committee to optimize decision-making and strengthen internal agility. This committee will include the Chairman and CEO, the Deputy CEO, and the Deputy CEOs.
