Financial Terms of Departure for Aéroports de Paris CEO
On May 15, 2025, Aéroports de Paris held a General Meeting of Shareholders to finalize the financial terms of Mr. Augustin de Romanet's departure. Serving as interim Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until February 18, 2025, Mr. de Romanet's fixed remuneration for this period was set at a lump sum of 112,500 euros.
