Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel Distributes Exceptional Dividend
On September 27, 2024, Groupe des Assurances du Crédit Mutuel (GACM) held a general meeting where they announced the distribution of an exceptional dividend of 1 billion euros. The dividend has been paid to its shareholders on September 30, 2024.
The recipients of this dividend include entities related to Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, specifically Crédit Mutuel Maine-Anjou et Basse-Normandie and Crédit Mutuel Océan. This distribution had already been factored into GACM's solvency ratio as of June 30, 2024, which was reported to be at a strong 218%.
