Fnac Darty extends its share buyback program
Fnac Darty continues to execute its share buyback program, approved by the General Meeting of May 28, 2025. This program aims to purchase 600,000 shares. A purchase agreement was entered into with Natixis on June 11, 2025. An amendment signed on July 23, 2025, extends the deadline to September 30, 2025, and sets the maximum amount at €10 million. The unit price of the shares will not exceed €80, in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting. The remaining terms and conditions remain unchanged, reflecting Fnac Darty's commitment to maintaining rigorous and structured management of its buyback program.
