Guillin Group: Voting rights as of January 31, 2026

The Guillin Group, a public limited company with a share capital of 11,487,825 euros, has published the figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of January 31, 2026. In accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code, the company informs that it had, on that date, 18,528,750 shares in its share capital.

The number of theoretical voting rights was 29,915,636, while the exercisable voting rights, once those related to self-monitoring were deducted, were 29,881,506. Thus, there was a slight increase compared to June 30, 2025, when these figures were 29,915,476 and 29,881,346 respectively.
