Pierre & Vacances Reports on Shares and Voting Rights
The French company Pierre & Vacances has disclosed its latest figures concerning shares and voting rights, in compliance with regulatory requirements. As of October 31, 2025, the company has issued a total of 461,984,087 shares. This figure is consistent with the total number of theoretical voting rights attributed to these shares.
The company also revealed that the number of actual voting rights, which are exercisable at General Meetings, is slightly lower, totaling 461,865,770. This discrepancy accounts for treasury shares and specific ADP shares that hold no voting rights.
This information is provided in accordance with Article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
