ROUGIER's Annual General Meeting Outcomes and Director Renewals
ROUGIER SA conducted its Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2026, chaired by Mr. Francis Rougier. Attendees approved all proposed resolutions, specifically the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025, and the allocation of 2025 earnings. Further, shareholders accepted related-party agreements as per Article L.225-38 of the French Commercial Code.
The meeting also resulted in the renewal of terms for five directors, serving an additional four years, concluding with the 2030 Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors remains composed of seven members, including two independents.
