TERA Group postpones the publication of its half-yearly accounts

Crolles-based TERA Group has announced the postponement of the publication of its financial results for the first half of 2025. Initially scheduled for October 30, this publication will now take place on November 12, 2025. This delay is due to the completion of a sale of the subsidiaries TERA Environnement and TOXILABO. Although this closing was completed on October 7, 2025, it required more extensive accounting and financial work than expected.

TERA Group assures that this postponement does not impact its financial strength or outlook. Pascal Kaluzny, CEO, emphasized the group's commitment to providing transparent information to its shareholders. The market will therefore be able to expect the half-year results after the market closes on November 12, 2025.
