Gryphon Digital Mining Appoints Steve Gutterman as CEO and Jimmy Vaipoulos as Chairman

Gryphon Digital Mining, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRYP), a bitcoin mining company focused on low-cost, environmentally sustainable operations, announced the appointment of Steve Gutterman as Chief Executive Officer and Jimmy Vaipoulos as Chairman of the board.

Gutterman transitions from his role as a board member and Chair of the Audit Committee. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has driven over $700 million in annual revenue growth across various companies. His previous roles include President of Harvest Health & Recreation Inc. and EVP and COO of E*TRADE Bank.

Vaipoulos, Co-Founder of Stack Capital Group Inc., will focus on acquisition and growth opportunities. He replaces Brittany Kaiser, who, along with Rob Chang, will continue as Directors. Vaipoulos brings extensive experience from his tenure at Hut 8 Mining and UGE International Ltd.
