GTT: Update on share capital and voting rights

GTT, based in Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, has published a monthly update regarding its share capital as of November 30, 2024. The company has a total of 37,117,772 shares making up its share capital. Each of these shares is associated with theoretical voting rights, bringing the total number of voting rights to 37,117,772.

However, after deduction of treasury shares, the total number of net voting rights amounts to 37,050,087. These figures are in accordance with Articles L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, guaranteeing the transparency and accuracy of the information provided to investors.
