Guanajuato Silver Closes Over-Allotment Option for Public Offering

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver), a growing precious metals producer based in Mexico, has successfully closed the over-allotment option for its "bought deal" public offering. Initially, 87 million units were offered at C$0.50 per Unit, generating gross proceeds of C$43.5 million. Following the exercise of the over-allotment option by Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Red Cloud Securities Inc., 6.525 million additional warrants were purchased, earning the company an extra C$522,000.

Each warrant allows the acquisition of one common share at C$0.65 until October 9, 2028. Underwriters received a total commission of C$31,320 for their services. Guanajuato Silver operates several mines in Mexico, including El Cubo, Valenciana Mines Complex, and the San Ignacio Mine, contributing to the company’s status as a leading silver producer in the region.
