Guardian Metal Announces Board Change

Guardian Metal Resources plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Michael X. Schlumpberger as Non-Executive Director, pending the necessary AIM due diligence. With over 20 years at PotashCorp and significant executive experience, including his role as CEO at American Pacific Borates Ltd, Schlumpberger brings extensive expertise in mine development and management. His previous achievements include growing market capitalisation at Borates Ltd from AUS$20M to over AUS$900M. Schlumpberger, also a non-executive director at Rapid Critical Metals and President of Schlumpberger Inc., will replace retiring Mick Billing.

The appointment aims to leverage Schlumpberger’s skills in advancing Guardian Metal’s flagship tungsten projects in Nevada. The Board expressed gratitude to Billing for his contributions over four years. J.T. Starzecki, Executive Chairman, anticipates Schlumpberger will guide Guardian Metal’s progression to bolster U.S. tungsten supply.
