Pilot North Project Reveals High-Grade Assay Results
Guardian Metal Resources plc has announced promising assay results from its Pilot North tungsten-copper project in Nevada, USA. This project represents an extension of the company's efforts to strengthen domestic tungsten resources, pivotal for U.S. defence and economic security.
Recent assays of 92 rock chip samples indicate significant concentrations of copper, silver, and tungsten. The samples yielded overlimit results with copper reaching up to 14.65% Cu and silver up to 708 g/t Ag. Tungsten trioxide assays registered up to 0.59% WO3. Additional findings include gold, gallium, zinc, and lead.
CEO Oliver Friesen commended the results, emphasizing the potential significance of this opportunity for Guardian Metal. Pilot North is strategically located near the Pilot Mountain project, sharing a common access route. The company plans further geological mapping to guide future exploration activities, potentially including geophysical surveys and drilling.
