Guillemot Corporation: Third Quarter Turnover Sees 3% Increase
In the third quarter of 2024, Guillemot Corporation reported a turnover of €36.5 million, marking a 3% increase from the previous year. Cumulatively, the turnover for the first nine months grew by 11%.
Thrustmaster gaming accessories drove much of this growth, with sales up 16% over the nine-month period. Conversely, Hercules digital devices saw a decline of 22%, attributed to last year's strong performance and increased competition.
Regionally, North America experienced a 26% sales increase, while sales in Europe and the UK remained stable. The rest of the world saw a 10% decline.
Thrustmaster's product innovations, like the T598 racing wheel and new gamepads, contributed to their positive performance. Meanwhile, Hercules focused on DJ product exposure, planning new launches in the fourth quarter.
Guillemot's financial position remains strong, with no net debt and positive forecasts for market share growth in the last quarter of 2024.
