Gulf Keystone Completes First Kurdistan Crude Lifting for Pipeline Exports
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd has successfully completed its first lifting of Kurdistan crude allocated for pipeline exports. This move, involving Gulf Keystone and other International Oil Companies, occurred in September and October 2025. The transaction was facilitated by a designated trader at the Ceyhan oil terminal in Türkiye.
The company expects payment for its share of the lifting within 30 days, adhering to interim export agreements announced on 26 September 2025. A second lifting is slated for the end of November 2025, pertaining to October's exports, with ongoing liftings and payments planned.
