Half-year results 2023-2024: Plastivaloire records a slight decline in turnover

The Plastivaloire group presents mixed half-year results for 2023-2024. The turnover stood at 405.4 million euros, down 3.7% compared to the previous year. This withdrawal is linked to delays in the launch of new automotive programs.

The EBITDA margin increased slightly to 8.1%, compared to 7.9% last year. Despite the increase in operational costs, an easing of the cost of raw materials and price renegotiations have enabled this improvement.

The group's net profit remains negative at -2 million euros, but marks a clear improvement compared to -15.9 million euros the previous year. Available cash flow reached 83.2 million euros, supported by positive free cash flow of 9.2 million euros.

For the remainder of the financial year, Plastivaloire is adjusting its outlook downward, anticipating a turnover of 770 million euros, impacted by delays on several major programs.
