Half-year results 2024 and withdrawal project for Financière Moncey

On September 12, 2024, the Board of Directors of Financière Moncey closed the accounts for the first half of 2024. Financière Moncey, a holding company, did not generate any revenue, as in the first half of 2023. The Group's net income came to 6 million euros, down from 10 million euros recorded in the first half of 2023.

The boards of directors of Financière Moncey and Compagnie des Tramways de Rouen have approved the terms of a proposed merger. Financière Moncey shareholders will vote on October 21, 2024.

Bolloré SE has announced a proposed public buyout offer followed by a mandatory squeeze-out on Financière Moncey, including either a cash payment or an exchange for UMG shares. The independent expert, Accuracy, will assess the financial terms of this project.
