Half-Year Review of Mercialys' Liquidity Agreement
As of June 30, 2024, Mercialys reported a liquidity account balance of 237,623 shares and 4,306,374.15 euros. This is under a liquidity agreement managed by Oddo BHF SCA.
Upon the implementation of this new liquidity contract on January 2, 2019, the liquidity account started with 345,930 shares and 2,389,808.95 euros. By December 31, 2023, the account stood at 276,615 shares and 3,786,986.04 euros.
From January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, Mercialys conducted 5,748 purchase transactions, accounting for 2,034,033 shares worth 21,526,338.95 euros. The company also conducted 6,062 sales transactions, totaling 2,073,025 shares and valued at 22,043,949.50 euros.
