Paris, July 4, 2024 - At the end of the liquidity contract entrusted by the Witbe company to the Gilbert Dupont brokerage company, here are the resources present in the liquidity account as of June 28, 2024:

- Cash balance: €15,395.51
During the first half of 2024, the following transactions took place: - Purchase: 72,476 securities for €287,432.04 via 1,056 transactions. - Sale: 70,774 shares for €283,085.13 via 890 transactions.
As a reminder, in the half-yearly balance sheet of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account contained:
