Half-yearly report on OSMOSUN's liquidity contract
Chartres, September 27, 2024 - OSMOSUN has published its half-yearly balance sheet for the liquidity contract relating to its shares, entrusted to TP ICAP (Europe). As of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account showed 13,499 shares and 70,434.94 euros in cash.
During the second half of 2023, transactions involved the purchase of 37,000 securities for 330,282.21 euros over 269 operations and the sale of 23,501 securities for 201,308.55 euros over 209 operations.
When the new contract was put in place on July 25, 2023, the initial resources were zero securities and €200,000 in cash. TP ICAP (Europe) is authorized by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) and the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
