Half-yearly report on the Dassault Systèmes Liquidity Contract
Dassault Systèmes has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by Oddo BHF SCA. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account showed 671,015 shares and €11,139,634.13 in cash. This contract, active since January 2015, has been revised several times to adjust the resources allocated.
Initially endowed with 10 million euros, the contract benefited from successive contributions, reaching 20 million euros in 2018. In 2019, the liquidity account grouped together 62,557 securities and 17,496,140.38 euros. In the second half of 2024, 20,045 purchases and 21,486 sales were made, representing 115.3 million and 118.5 million euros respectively.
These operations helped to stabilize the liquidity of Dassault Systèmes shares, promoting better management of shares in circulation on the market.
