Half-yearly report on the liquidity contract of Broadpeak SA

On January 8, 2025, Broadpeak SA, specialized in video streaming solutions, published the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract for the second half of 2024. This contract, managed by TP ICAP (Europe), is regulated by the ACPR and the AMF.

As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account included 59,574 securities and 14,735.35 euros in cash. During this semester, 48,693 securities were purchased for 72,846.60 euros, while 35,777 securities were sold for 41,924.95 euros, totaling 348 purchase transactions and 217 sales transactions.

As a reminder, as of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account held 46,658 securities and 46,511.76 euros. When the contract was initially set up, the account had 200,000 euros in cash.
