Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract as of June 30, 2024 for Visiativ
On July 4, 2024, Visiativ announced the results of its liquidity contract as of June 30, 2024. This contract, entrusted to Gilbert Dupont, shows a liquidity account containing 3,680 shares and a cash balance of 43,685.29 euros.
During the first half of 2024, Visiativ carried out 224 purchase transactions for a total of 6,520 securities, equivalent to 172,592.20 euros, and 198 sales transactions for 5,290 securities, or 137,761.80 euros.
Comparatively, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 2,450 shares and a balance of 78,515.63 euros.
When the liquidity contract was set up, no shares were held and the cash balance amounted to 200,000 euros.
