Half-yearly Review of the Liquidity Contract for Evergreen Transition

Transition Evergreen has published its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account showed 97,212 shares and €25,176.88 in cash. During the second half of 2024, 91,404 shares were purchased for an amount of €112,621.39 through 510 transactions. Simultaneously, 56,884 shares were sold for €78,904.52 over 369 transactions.
In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, the account held 62,692 shares and €58,476.68 in cash. In the first half of 2024, 94,834 shares were purchased for €195,493.13, and 77,213 shares were sold for a total of €164,258.91.
These results are part of AMF decision no. 2021-01 validating liquidity contracts as an accepted market practice.
