Halfords Group PLC (HFD) has announced significant share dealings involving its CEO, Graham Stapleton. The notification, adhering to the UK Market Abuse Regulation, reports his recent transactions in company shares.
Stapleton, as Chief Executive Officer, exercised his 2019 Performance Share Plan award. The transaction involved the acquisition of 667,149 ordinary shares at a price of £1.489792 per share. The transaction occurred on 12th July 2024 on the London Stock Exchange, Main Market (XLON).
Further, Stapleton also executed his 2021 Deferred Bonus Plan award on the same date. This transaction saw him acquire 68,488 ordinary shares at the same price of £1.489792 per share, also conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
