Halfords Group PLC: Result of 2024 AGM

Halfords Group plc announced the results of its Annual General Meeting held on 6 September 2024. All resolutions were passed by a poll.

The company had a total of 218,928,736 shares on the register as of 4 September 2024. Key resolutions included receiving audited financial statements and declaring a final dividend, both of which received overwhelming support with 99.53% and 99.99% of votes in favor, respectively.

Re-election of directors Keith Williams, Jill Caseberry, Tom Singer, Tanvi Gokhale, Graham Stapleton, and Jo Hartley also passed, with vote percentages ranging from 99.10% to 99.56% in favor. BDO LLP was re-appointed as auditor with 99.51% support.

Special resolutions like authorizing the company to make political donations and renewing the general authority to allot securities were approved as well. The results are available on the company's website and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
