Hamilton Global Opportunities Raises €7.798 Million via Share Issue

Hamilton Global Opportunities plc has announced the successful raising of €7.798 million from international institutional investors through a private placement. This marks the fourth time the company has successfully secured capital in this manner.

The funds raised will be used to enhance Hamilton Global Opportunities' investment capabilities, focusing on strategic investments in late growth stage technology companies. CEO Gustavo Perrotta expressed satisfaction with this achievement and emphasized the alignment with their listing strategy to expand the investment portfolio.

The new issuance involved 180,509 ordinary shares priced at €43.20 each. These shares are to be traded on the Euronext Growth market, ensuring their integration with existing shares. Post-transaction, institutional investors will hold 85.11% of the company's voting rights, up from 79.1%.
