Heiko Wuttke Appointed New CEO of PNE AG
On September 20, 2024, PNE AG announced the appointment of Heiko Wuttke as its new CEO, effective January 13, 2025. Wuttke, who has nearly 30 years of experience in the renewable energies industry, will serve as both member and chairman of the Board of Management until January 31, 2028.
Marc van’t Noordende, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Wuttke's ability to lead the company successfully. Per Hornung Pedersen, the interim CEO, highlighted Wuttke's compatibility with PNE's culture and growth objectives.
Wuttke, previously CEO of 8.2 Consulting AG, has held various leadership roles, including at PROKON Regenerative Energien eG and Vattenfall Europe Windkraft GmbH. He succeeds Markus Lesser, who left PNE AG in July 2024 for personal reasons.
