HelloFresh SE Expands Share Buy-Back Program by EUR 100 Million
On August 13, 2025, HelloFresh SE announced an extension of its ongoing share buy-back program. Initially set at EUR 75 million, the program is now increased by up to EUR 100 million, reaching a total potential of EUR 175 million. This decision was made by the management board with the consent of the supervisory board, following approval from the general meeting on June 6, 2025.
The enhancement aims to capitalize on market conditions and to meet the anticipated short-term achievement of the previous volume limit. The buy-back is to be conducted on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, with a maximum of 25 million shares eligible for repurchase, focused on reducing share capital and supporting employee participation programs.
While the core conditions of the share buy-back remain, the company retains the right to amend or cease the program at its discretion.
