HelloFresh SE Releases 2025 Financial Outlook

Berlin, 10 March 2025 - HelloFresh SE announced its financial outlook for the fiscal year 2025. The company anticipates significant growth in its adjusted EBIT (AEBIT), projecting an increase from EUR 136 million in 2024 to a range of EUR 200 to EUR 250 million in 2025, driven by an expanded efficiency program. Additionally, adjusted EBITDA is expected to rise to EUR 450-500 million.

Despite the growth in profitability, HelloFresh forecasts a decline in constant currency revenue between 3% and 8%. The company attributes this primarily to a strategic shift focusing on efficiency and high-value customer acquisition. A noticeable revenue decline is expected in North America, although the average order value is projected to increase.

The outlook considers a USD to EUR exchange rate of approximately 1.04 and factors in potential tariff impacts in North America. HelloFresh remains committed to optimizing its cost structure, with future investments in product enhancements.
