In the first half of 2026, the Helvetica Swiss Living Fund (HSL Fund) achieved a net income of CHF 1.58 per unit, confirming its distribution goal of CHF 2.80 per unit for the year. With 56% of the annual target already met, the fund looks on track. The vacancy rate has dropped to a historic low of 2.2%, contributing to a rent default rate reduction to 3.53%. A capital increase of approximately CHF 41 million was fully subscribed, setting a foundation for future growth.
The fund's operating profit margin rose to 67.5% driven by lower costs and rent defaults, while return on investment reached 2.57%. The sale and purchase of properties resulted in a CHF 3.8 million capital gain. Investments in suburban housing continue to be the focus, targeting families and multi-person households.
