Hep global GmbH: Group Revenue 2023 Reaches EUR 73.3 Million and Group EBIT Increases to EUR 3.1 Million

Güglingen, 1 July 2024 – hep global GmbH, a specialist in solar parks and investments based in Baden-Württemberg, reported satisfactory fiscal results for 2023. The Group's total operating performance increased from EUR 67.9 million to EUR 91.0 million.

Group revenue stood at EUR 73.3 million, below the previous year's EUR 94.8 million but exceeded the forecast of EUR 50 to 60 million. This was partly due to no solar park completions in 2023, yet construction progress contributed EUR 16.9 million to inventories, set for 2024 recognition.

In the Services segment, hep generated EUR 66.3 million in revenues, with significant contributions from project sales in Japan, Canada, and the USA. A Canadian project alone contributed EUR 42.2 million. The Investments segment saw positive new business, raising EUR 16.3 million for special AIFs and EUR 35.4 million for public funds.

Despite inflation and high interest rates, Group EBIT rose from EUR 2.1 million to EUR 3.1 million, with net profit increasing from EUR 0.4 million to EUR 1.7 million. For 2024, hep forecasts revenues of EUR 70 to 75 million, with EBIT between EUR 0 to 5 million.
