HERITAGE AND COMMERCE: COMBINED GENERAL MEETING OF JUNE 13, 2024 - PAYMENT OF A DIVIDEND OF €1.35 PER SHARE

The combined general meeting of Patrimoine & Commerce was held on June 13, 2024, at the company's headquarters in Paris. The shareholders approved the accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.

Shareholders also validated the proposed payment of a dividend of €1.35 per share. This dividend will be paid on July 31, 2024.
