HERITAGE AND COMMERCE: Transactions on own shares (excluding liquidity contract) from September 2024
Patrimoine et Commerce has published details of its own share transactions carried out between 9 and 13 September 2024. During this period, a total of 602 shares were acquired on the XPAR market.
The transactions break down as follows: 115 shares on September 9 at an average price of €20.58, 133 shares on September 10 at €20.40, 134 shares on September 11 at €20.45, 142 shares on September 12 at €20.36 and finally 78 shares on September 13 at €20.43.
These operations are detailed on the Patrimoine et Commerce website. As a reminder, the company holds a primarily commercial real estate portfolio, with more than 528,000 m² of assets spread across France, mainly in retail parks around medium-sized towns.
