HERITAGE AND TRADE: FINALIZATION OF THE €20 MILLION CAPITAL INCREASE RESERVED FOR CRÉDIT AGRICOLE

The company PATRIMOINE ET COMMERCE has finalized a capital increase of 20 million euros reserved for Crédit Agricole Center France. This operation, decided at the combined general meeting of June 13, 2024, results in the issuance of 869,565 new shares at 23 euros per share.

The share capital of PATRIMOINE ET COMMERCE now amounts to 159,724,580 euros, divided into 15,972,458 shares of 10 euros each. The number of theoretical voting rights is increased to 25,883,851 as of July 31, 2024.

Eric Duval, manager and founder, expressed his satisfaction with the entry of Crédit Agricole Center France into the capital. For his part, Frédéric Baraut, Managing Director of Crédit Agricole Center France, affirmed the importance of this investment for the economic development of the territories.
