HEXAOM: 2024 Results and Outlook for 2025

In 2024, HEXAOM achieved revenue of €728.5 million, down 28.9% from 2023. Current operating income stood at €20.1 million, with a margin of 2.8% compared to 3.7% the previous year. These results reflect the real estate market crisis, although the group has maintained its profitability thanks to effective cost management.

House construction activities remain the largest, generating revenue of €597.8 million with a margin of 2.4%. Renovation and real estate development posted margins of 6.3% and 3.5% respectively. Net cash after debt reached €84.3 million.

For 2025, HEXAOM expects a more favorable market and anticipates a moderate 10% decline in its turnover, with operating profitability above 3%. The group continues to invest in its diversification, with the acquisition of 75.5% of the HDV Group.
