Hexaom: Monthly publication of voting rights in September 2025
Hexaom has released its figures for the number of shares and voting rights for September 2025. According to Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, the company's capital consists of 6,937,593 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 10,707,774. These figures include all shares, even those temporarily without voting rights.
Furthermore, the number of exercisable voting rights, i.e. net of non-voting shares, is 10,623,708. This information specifies the distribution of capital and votes within the company.
