HEXAOM: Publication of Voting Rights for March 2025
HEXAOM has published its monthly report on the composition of its share capital and associated voting rights. As of March 31, 2025, the total number of shares outstanding stands at 6,937,593. This figure includes all shares, even those without voting rights.
The total number of theoretical voting rights, based on all shares, also amounts to 6,937,593. On the other hand, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, totaling 6,852,894. This difference comes from the shares deprived of voting rights, which are not taken into account in the exercisable voting rights.
This information is provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations, thus guaranteeing market transparency.
