HEXAOM: Update of voting rights for December 2024
HEXAOM has published its monthly statement regarding the number of shares making up its capital and the total voting rights for the month of December 2024, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
As of December 31, 2024, HEXAOM's capital consists of 6,937,593 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights also amounts to 6,937,593, while the number of exercisable voting rights stands at 6,853,085.
The calculation of the theoretical number is carried out according to article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations, including shares deprived of voting rights. The figure for exercisable voting rights represents a 'net' calculation excluding these shares.
