High Tide Resources Announces Changes to the Board of Directors

High Tide Resources Corp. ("High Tide") has appointed Jean-François Meilleur to its Board of Directors, replacing Serge Pelletier. Serge Pelletier will stay on as an Advisor to the company.

Steve Roebuck, Director & Interim CEO of High Tide, expressed excitement over Meilleur's appointment, citing his extensive capital markets experience and involvement in successful ventures within the junior exploration sector. Roebuck also thanked Pelletier for his contributions to the company.

Jean-François Meilleur noted his enthusiasm for joining High Tide and contributing to its Labrador West Iron Ore Project and green-steel initiative. He compared the project to his early days in the lithium industry, expressing confidence in its future growth.

Meilleur, who graduated with a finance degree from HEC Montréal, has 18 years of experience in capital markets. He has held executive roles at Critical Elements, Quebec Precious Metals, and Soma Gold Corp.
