HighCo: Transactions in own shares from May 20 to 24, 2024
Between May 20 and 24, 2024, HighCo carried out several transactions in its own shares. These operations were carried out on the Euronext Paris market.
On May 21, 2024, the company acquired 2,000 shares for a weighted average price of €3.27 per share. The next day, May 22, an additional 2,000 shares were repurchased at an average price of €3.32 per share.
On May 23, 2024, HighCo continued trading by purchasing another 2,000 shares, this time at an average price of €3.31 per share. On May 24, the company finalized its transactions for the week by again acquiring 2,000 shares for an average price of €3.02 per share.
All of these transactions were intended to cover the free allocation of shares to employees and agents.
