HMR and Profile Plan Unite to Provide Enhanced Health and Weight-Loss Solutions

HMR Plan, a leading provider of weight-loss solutions since 1983, has announced the completion of its strategic merger with Profile Plan. This union brings together two industry leaders dedicated to science-based weight-loss and long-term maintenance solutions, aiming to offer customers a more comprehensive range of options.

As of July 1, 2024, Profile Plan operates under the HMR brand. The merger integrates Profile Plan's personalized coaching with HMR's proven weight-loss and lifestyle-change program, offering a variety of coaching options, including group and self-directed formats. HMR's Premier Program for Weight Management is also part of the new offering.
