Holcim Announces Executive Team for Amrize Spin-off

Holcim has named the executive team for its forthcoming North American business spin-off, Amrize. Jan Jenisch, Chairman of Holcim, expressed confidence in the new leadership team, highlighting their market expertise and historical success. The team is composed of key leaders from Holcim and top U.S. companies.

Jan Jenisch will serve as Chairman and CEO. Ian Johnston, current CFO for Holcim North America, will become CFO. Jaime Hill is appointed President of Building Materials, while Jake Gosa takes over as President of Building Envelope.

The team also includes Nollaig Forrest, Chief Marketing Officer; Steve Clark, Chief People Officer; Denise Singleton, Chief Legal Officer; Sam Poletti, Chief Strategy Officer; and Roald Brouwer, Chief Technology Officer.
