Honey Badger Silver Buys Yava Deposit, Continues to Build Silver Inventory

Honey Badger Silver Inc. (TSXV:TUF)(OTCQB:HBEIF) has acquired the Yava project in Nunavut from Blue Moon Metals Inc. The deal involved issuing 4,250,000 common shares of Honey Badger valued at CAD$0.08 per share. This transaction increases Blue Moon's stake to approximately 6.5% in Honey Badger.

The shares are under a hold period until February 2, 2025. Blue Moon has agreed not to resell the shares for 12 months without the Company's consent.

CEO Dorian L. Nicol noted that the Yava project adds 4.5 million ounces of silver to their assets for about $0.08 per ounce. The project also holds strategic base metals and has significant exploration potential due to its proximity to Glencore's Hackett River project.

The Yava Property, located 450 km northeast of Yellowknife, comprises 1,304 hectares and includes several known base and precious metal occurrences. Historical resource estimates indicate substantial quantities of zinc, lead, copper, silver, and gold.
