HOPIUM strengthens its ambitions in the decarbonization of heavy transport
In August 2024, Hopium confirmed its determination to follow its roadmap established during the April webinar. The Paris Commercial Court extended the company's observation period until January 2025, reinforcing confidence in its projects.
Hopium has made significant progress, notably through the successful testing of its 100 kW fuel cell, demonstrating superior performance. This cell, 30% more compact and 20% lighter than those of competitors, represents a major asset for the decarbonization of maritime, aeronautical and road transport.
A new industrial site in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, with double A energy performance, will host R&D and production teams from September-October 2024. In July, a partnership with K-Challenge was signed to develop hydrogen power systems for maritime applications.
The search for reference shareholders is actively continuing. Hopium remains on a promising trajectory to market its first solutions in 2025.
