HOPSCOTCH GROUP: Voting rights and shares - July 2024
HOPSCOTCH GROUPE has published its monthly information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of July 31, 2024, the group had a total of 3,003,722 shares outstanding.
The total number of theoretical, or gross, voting rights amounts to 4,592,461. However, the total number of actual, or net, voting rights, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, in particular treasury shares, amounts to 4,494,668.
