HORECA Baleares Expands to Menorca and Ibiza

HORECA Baleares 2025 has commenced its series of events in the Balearic Islands, with the first fair successfully held in Mallorca. This national-level event is renowned for its focus on hospitality and the Food & Beverage industry. Following Mallorca, fairs are scheduled in Menorca from March 11 to 13, and in Ibiza from March 24 to 26.

This year's theme is "Seeking Balance," underlining the significance of professionals in the industry's evolution. In Mallorca, a new venue, The Palma Room, was introduced for training and debate. Honorees included José and Toño from Restaurante Atrio.

Future events will honor Fina Puigdevall in Menorca and Jordi Roca in Ibiza. The support from sponsors like Balearia and Coca-Cola is crucial, along with governmental backing, to uphold this influential sector's sustainability and excellence.
