HotelRunner Acquires Bookingate, Expanding its B2B Powerhouse for the Travel Industry

HotelRunner, a leading travel and hospitality technology platform, has acquired Bookingate, a B2B travel marketplace. This acquisition aims to strengthen HotelRunner's commitment to completing the travel value chain for both supply and demand.

Bookingate enables travel service providers to access and distribute hotel inventory and third-party services. With this inclusion, HotelRunner becomes an all-in-one solution for the travel industry, addressing distribution, direct, and offline sales challenges for agencies, DMCs, and tour operators.

This acquisition enhances HotelRunner Connect, broadening its role as an end-to-end solution for the entire travel ecosystem. Arden Agopyan, Founder and Managing Partner, stated that the acquisition boosts their platform's capabilities, facilitating unprecedented growth opportunities for their network.

Ali Beklen, Co-founder, added that the acquisition aligns with their vision of creating a larger travel economy and uniting fragmented B2B players globally.

The acquisition of Bookingate strengthens HotelRunner's position, offering advanced hotel contracting, robust connectivity, and transforming static agencies into dynamic digital powerhouses. This move underscores HotelRunner's commitment to industry innovation and continued growth.
