H&R KGaA Delays 2024 Financial Report Publication

H&R GmbH & Co. KGaA has announced a postponement in the publication of its 2024 consolidated financial statements and annual report. Originally scheduled for release on March 28, 2025, the new publication date is April 9, 2025. This delay stems from complications in the accounting process related to a Climate Protection Agreement.

The agreement, concluded with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection, requires the contract to be evaluated as a derivative. This determination, made by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany, necessitated additional internal and external coordination, thus affecting the timeline.

Despite this delay, H&R KGaA does not anticipate any changes to the preliminary results. The completion of these tasks is crucial to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. The company maintains that the delay will not impact earnings.
