Huawei and GCC Unveil AIDC Ecosystem Initiative at MWC Barcelona

Huawei Digital Power, in collaboration with the Global Computing Consortium (GCC), announced the launch of the AIDC Ecosystem Co-construction Initiative at the Global Digital Power Forum during MWC Barcelona 2026. This initiative aims to enhance the ICT industry's efficiency in the AI era through a New-Gen AI-Powered Green Site.

As AI applications grow, demand for computing power surges, leading to rapid expansion in the AIDC sector. However, challenges like power supply, reliability, and efficiency persist. Huawei's solution integrates green power with AI to address energy consumption issues, promoting sustainable development.

The initiative also seeks to align global AIDC standards, catering to local policies and environmental needs, thereby fostering an open and mutually beneficial ecosystem. Huawei continues to invest in innovative infrastructure, supporting operators' transition from energy consumers to producers in the AI era.
